Patterson Bannon offer a full range of Architectural services in-house from master planning, conceptual design & 3D visualisation as well as taking a  scheme through the statutory processes such as planning, tender and through to completion on site & certification.

We can offer clients a number of specialist services including Fire Safety Consultation, preparation of Fire Safety Certificate applications.

We have the qualified in-house staff to provide a full Project Management team for projects, where the PM role needs to be a dedicated team member. Allowing us to manage the costs and scheduling of a project more efficiently. This allows us to deliver the project to the client’s satisfaction.

We are also have staff qualified to carry out the role of PSDP on projects as defined under the new SHWW Act and accredited by the RIAI.

 

The practice is also Grade III qualified in relation to conservation works and Roger Patterson has many years experience working on historical buildings in his role as diocesan architect. For more info click here:

 

The practice can also offer additional services such as BER assessments & certificates, Air Tightness Testing & Thermal Imaging,  Energy Audits, Property Improvement Reports, Best Building Practices, and Energy Consuling. 

 

Some of our staff have undertaken the FAS / EPA Course on Site Suitability Assessment for On-site Wastewater Treatment Systems for Single Houses. We are Fetac certified and can carry out site suitability tests nationawide.
