Site Suitability Testing

Patterson Bannon currently has personnel who have undertaken the FAS/EPA Course on Site Suitability Assessment for On-site Wastewater Treatment Systems for Single Houses. We are Fas/Fetac certified and we carry out Site Suitability tests nationwide which a requirement of the planning application process is for the purposes of:

• Conducting Site Suitability Assessments in accordance with “Treatment Systems for Single Houses” (EPA 2000)

• Recommending suitable types of treatment systems and effluent disposal routes

• Supervising installation of the proposed system

• Design, testing and certification to ensure that the treatment system and percolation area/polishing filter are fit for purpose and comply with relevant standards/guidelines and conditions of planning.
