Roger Patterson Dip.Arch., B. Arch. Sc., MRIAI, MRIBA.

Roger is the senior partner and has 25 years experience and would head the architectural team. He has worked for many leading practices and also worked in
America gaining valuable experience. He acted on diocesan architect for the
Church of Ireland for 15 years and was responsible for extensive refurbishment and conservation projects.
Mark is a cofounding partner in the practice who has over 18 years experience in Private Practice. He has a leading role on many current projects located throughout the country. As a director his role is to oversee all aspects of ongoing projects in addition to acting as a direct point of contact with the client throughout all phases of the project.
Shannon Brown Dip.Arch.Tech.(aus), Dip. PM.
Shannon is an Associate in the practice, and has been part of the practice for 10 years. He has also worked in practices in Australia which has enabled him to gain valuable experience. Experienced and educated in the areas of building design, technical detailing and project management he forms and integral part of the firm. Shannon specialises in project management both on and off site within the practice. His skills allow him to organise and conduct all project stages of a development; liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.
Sean Mahon B.Arch., B.Sc.Arch., MRIAI.
Sean is an Associate and a Senior Architect in the practice. He has worked on a wide range of schemes at various stages from initial concepts to design/health and safety/fire safety/planning permission through to on-site supervision/completion and certification. These schemes include one-off houses/housing and apartment developments/commercial developments ranging from retail to warehousing/ leisure developments including holiday homes/athletic clubhouses etc. /day care centres/nursing homes and sheltered housing.
Conor Moriarty Dip.Arch., B.Arch. Sc.(hons), MRIAI.
Conor is an Associate and a Senior Architect in the practice. Before joining Patterson Bannon in 2005 he lectured in the DIT School of Architecture for 5 years. He has worked for several practices including Morphosis Architects on their Chiba Golf Club Project as well as Henry J Lyons and Studio M Architects in Dublin. Conor has specialised in the design & presentation aspects of projects for many years as well as lecturing in the area in DIT. His past experience range from business parks, schools, office as well as a broad range of both commercial & residential projects. Conor is also a qualified PSDP.
John Delaney Dip.Arch., B.Arch.Sc.(hons).
John is an Architect in the practice. Before joining Patterson Bannon in 2005 he graduated from DIT School of Architecture with a degree in architecture. Prior to that he graduated from WIT with a Diploma in architectural technology. He has worked on a wide verity of buildings projects and types in the practice covering the different work stages. John has specialised in the design & detailing aspects of projects. His experience ranges from Residential high and low density, Commercial buildings, Leisure facilities and Industrial developments
Arek graduated from the Silesian University of Technology, Poland, with a Masters Degree. He has worked previously with Evelyn Duff Architects. He has also worked internationally with award winning-practices in Poland /KWK Promes , PParchitekci architecture as well as in the US. Arek has a strong interest in the areas of design and presentation.
John is a senior architectural technician with the practice and graduated from DIT Bolton Street in 2000 and has been with the practice for the past eight years, He has been a Senior Technician for the last 3 years forming part of the design team on several of our larger commercial projects. Preparation of planning drawings and applications, Preparation of working drawings, detailing, site supervision and co-ordinating design teams.
Francis is a senior architectural technologist with the practise. Francis qualified from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2005 and has been with the company since then.
Brendan is a senior architectural technologist with the practise. He has worked in several large practises in Ireland and abroad. He has worked with McGowan Project Managers on a major retail development in Times Square, New York and several large mixed use developments throughout Ireland with Fewer Harrington Lawlor & Partners in Waterford. Brendan specialises in construction solutions & architectural technology. He has been a member of design teams from inception to completion on several large retail, commercial and residential developments.
Nicola qualified from Carlow Institute of Technology in 2001 and has been with the company since 2004. She has been involved in several large commercial and residential projects in the office. Nicola has extensive experience in liaising with clients, preparation of planning applications, tender packages and construction drawings for projects from inception to completion.
