Our Service

We work with our clients to assist in the design and development of Disability Access Certificates.  

This includes:

•    reviewing the proposed design to ensure that the design complies with existing building regulations (Part M) and best practice (Building for Everyone; BS:8300 etc.).
• provision of information and feedback to the design team on the key access requirements.
• preparation of a report showing compliance with Part M and demonstrating how the building and approaches are accessible. This allows the Building Control Authority to assess whether the proposed plans and other particulars will comply with the requirements of Part M of the Second Schedule of the Building Regulations.
